The AM/PM WORKOUTS Video offers:
* 10-15 minute early morning exercise routines to energize you for the day and get you going.
* 10-15 minute evening (after dinner) exercise routines to help relieve the stresses of your day, promote peaceful sleep and decrease overnight fat storage.
* Both weight training and body weight only (no extra weights needed) home workouts for men and women of all fitness levels. The body weight only routines were added in response to popular demand from FMS Members who wanted brief training routines they could do even while traveling. These workouts are also great for people who don't have a set of weights and prefer more low impact training.
* John's usual straight talk on tips that will help maximize your muscle building and fat burning goals!
