It was very inspirational to see your "Fitness Made Simple" commercial on
television. As a personal trainer, nutritional consultant and mother of
two, I completely support everything that you are promoting in your FMS
program.
You help people realize that fitness is not a quick fix, but rather a combination of weight training, nutrition and supplementation. By using
the FMS system I have been able to stay healthy and fit despite my busy schedule.
My clients have been attaining excellent results consistently now for years by following the "fitness triangle" plan. FMS promotes wellness and
lifestyle changes that will produce lifelong results. Any person, at any level of
fitness, at any age, male or female will succeed with this program. It's
simple and it makes a lot of sense. Thank you for being my motivation!

Dear John,
I started the FITNESS MADE SIMPLE Program a little over a month ago because I wanted to shape-up for my class reunion. I gave myself 6 weeks but I only needed 4 to accomplish my goal. I LOST
10 lbs of fat and toned up my entire body. I couldn't believe it.
The workout and meal plan are surprising easy to follow. You're also very motivational. You make me feel like you really care about my results. That helped me so much. Even though I've already gotten great results I'm continuing with FMS and I intend to keep it as part of my lifestyle, as you recommend. I've NEVER felt or looked better. Thanks again!

Hi John,
I see you on TV all the time and I've been doing your abs tape (SIXPACK ABS) every night. I love working out with you. I dropped 3 dress sizes - something I never could do with any other diet and workout program. I know because I've tried them all. I love your nutrition tips. I never would have thought those things about fruit and fat storage. I've taken your advice about carbs and I do feel so much better and I've got more energy at work. I used to be so tired around 3p and then I'd overeat later. You say so many little things that have such a big impact. I still want to lose a little more but now I know I'll get there.
I'm sure you get lots of letters but I'd really like to hear back from you and get an autographed photo when you get a chance.

Dear John,
I ordered your SIXPACK ABS tape around Thanksgiving and I want to tell you how much I like it. It's the best workout tape I've ever used. I started doing the first routine in the morning and noticed a difference in the way my clothes fit within the first 2 weeks. Since then I've become very good at all 3 routines. The nutritional tips are my favorites though. I can't tell you how much they've helped when it comes to grocery shopping and cooking for my family. By the way, I followed your advice and now I keep all my "cheat foods" out of the house. Even my husband has lost 15 lbs.
I hope to be a size 6 by March and, with your help, I know I can do it. Once I achieve my goal I'm going to submit my photos to "FMS Success Stories." You're great and every time I see you on TV (which is about once/hour - they run your commercials all the time) I thank you.

I think the Adipo works great and I have broken a plateau I was at for 6
months! My husband has also lost 16lbs so far following your workout

Hello FMS Friends!I have lost 40 pounds, I've dropped 13% body fat, and have
made some serious improvements. FMS has helped a lot, especially with my
ab definition. I'm getting compliments all the time. The nutrition facts
helped as well. Thanks to John I hope to become a fitness model as well
and get down to 10% bodyfat hopefully by spring.
Just to let you know, I referred a friend to John's
SIXPACK ABS tape. He was so impressed with the progress on my abs that he
was convinced he should buy John's tape. Thanks to the SIXPACK ABS video
my abs look great. I proudly go out in public wearing a sports bra so that
everyone can see my abs. I used to hide them in bulky sweaters.

I am excited about receiving my videos

can't believe how quickly they have seen results. I hope my

I just wanted to let you know that I like
the "real-ness" of your videos. They are very down to earth and make me
feel that we average, everyday people can do something terrific for
ourselves; that it's not just for the cosmetically beautiful people who
spend most of their lives in a gym. I like the straightforward delivery
and what you say makes a lot of sense.
When I tell friends and co-workers about the
videos they can't believe that you're not like all of the others selling
flashy gimmicks that don't work. I tell them that your videos are
different. There's a lot of information out there and it's easy to get
confused and feel misled.

Hi John,
Thanks for your reply. I was a bit surprised that you answered
personally and so quickly with your busy schedule (I'm sure) and the
many emails and letters that you receive from fans and admirers.
I wish I could send you a before and after photo especially to
inspire others. The woman currently on your website shows just what
your knowledge and advice can do along with commitment on our part.
Just making a good fitness routine part of your everyday life can change
everything for the better. Even though I have all 4 of your videos and
have even purchased an additional Upper Body Workout video for my
nephew, I have only been able to use bits and pieces of your advice so
far.
The 30-40 minute cardiovascular workout before breakfast is some of
the best advice I have ever heard. It does make me feel
more energetic for the rest of the day and I have noticed weight loss as
well. When I do my daily crunches I also keep in mind the variety
factor that you've spoken of and always vary what types of crunches I
do. I can see my sixpack starting to form. That's something I have
always wanted. I find doing less crunches daily instead of more every
other day has made a difference. I'll take that "before" photo and,
although I've never had a weight problem, hopefully the difference in
definition and overall physique change will be visible in the "after"
photo. I believe that I am considered an "ectomorph" and have trouble
putting on bulk muscle mass. Plus I am a vegetarian so getting enough
protein to build muscle can be difficult at times. I have the Whey
Protein mix from your website and the Doctor's Diet bars are great
because they don't have artificial sweeteners like Nutra-sweet and Ace-K
which I will not use.
Once I return to day work and my mother
gets out of the hospital I will get into a regular workout routine with
weights (according to your videos) and will continue rollerblading,
roller hockey and karate. I will also continue to tell people about
your videos and website because I really believe that your advice is the
best out there. Your results show it. It was also good to know that
you were working at a non-fitness job when you obtained your results.
It makes such goals more realistic and possible to obtain for the rest
of us who also have "regular" jobs. I found it frustrating when I would
watch workout programs like "Gotta Sweat" or "Fitness Beach" because
those people workout for a living....it's their job to look great. Most
of us have jobs that keep us away from the gym.
Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions and help me
obtain my fitness goals.
