Just wanted to say thank you so much for all the great advice on your
videos. Finally someone tells the truth....you have answered questions
for me which I have had for years.
Re: your advice on the videos....Ever since I started with Pyruvate
Burn, Glutamine Express, and much higher protein, I am recovering much
faster from workouts, am more solid, and have experienced a considerable
drop in body fat....even without aerobics. I even sleep more soundly!
Thanks so much again, and it's nice to know that someone has cut through
the morass of incorrect and deliberately misleading information put out
by both the government and the sports nutrition industry...(hope you
become fabulously wealthy, if that's what you want....you have earned
it)

My name is Dennis and I am 59 years old and have been working out
since age 53 (6 years). I routinely have people coming up to me
commenting on my body results.
 When I first started working out at age 53 I weighed 130 lbs. . At
age 59 years I currently weigh 184 lbs with my body fat at 6.5%. It
took me four years to reach 157 lbs and then I plateaued. At that
time I purchased some of your tapes which taught me a better way to
work my abs as well as other body parts. Most important I have been
following your nutrition advice to make it possible for me to have
the body I have now. At age 59 I have a body of a 25 year
old. Thanks to your tapes I have stopped the aging process of my
body. I continue to hear from people that I am an
inspiration to them. It's been a joy to help improve another
person's life as well as my own.. Even with my busy schedule I
still find time to workout 4 to 5 days a week in the gym as well as
doing cardio and ab workouts in the mornings at home. I truly feel
that my story would be an inspiration for all ages especially men
and women over 50 years of age.

I've been working out regularly 3x weekly since 1983, primarily with
free weights with very little improvement in muscle mass. I'd become
vegetarian in 1974 and was not getting enough protein, maybe 40 grams a
day at the most, with six hours of sleep for years (since '81 from
working third shift), and, being mildly asthmatic, I regularly use a
Ventolin inhaler 2x daily. I understand now that asthma inhalers, as
well as caffeine, depletes the adrenals which in turn raises the level
of cortisol, the stress hormone, which in turn lowers testosterone.
Essentially, even if I had planned it, I couldn't have done a better job
at defeating my attempts to build muscle on this thin frame for so many
years.
As I started your program around 8 weeks or less ago I weighed 195lbs
(small gains over the years, 18 years, unbelievably) and in the short
time of 8 weeks or so I've gained 8 or 9 lbs in new muscle. I'm
amazed! I have to tell you it's a bit hard to believe given the length
of time and effort I've put into this discipline with such disappointing
returns prior to starting your program. My strength is going up
dramatically and I'm starting to see a difference.

I absolutely love the 45Min FAT
BURNING WORKOUT tape. You have a winner in that one. The
first few times were brutal but I felt great. Now I do it at
the correct pace and it is still great. No lie, I look forward to

I have to tell you the
Awesome Hour Upper Body Home Workout really kicks
butt!!!! I can't tell you what a great time and a great workout I
had. Thanks so much. I learned a lot from that tape and I swear I
saw results after only doing the workout twice. I really couldn't
believe it. Of course, I'm working out with less than 1/2 the
weights that you're working with but at least I know how many sets,
reps, and weight amounts to strive for.

happy I am with the results I’m getting from that Awesome Hour Upper
Body Home Workout tape. It's only been a month but I'm just
about up to 1/2 of what you’re lifting in the video. It's a struggle to
keep up but so far so good.

Hi - I hope all is well with everyone at
FMS!
Attached are a few pictures of me taken
today - only about 5 weeks into your program. I am
extremely happy with the results I have achieved and thought it would
be good to show you my progress. I received your tapes as a Christmas
present (it was on my list) and could not be happier. I am a father of
two, work for a major Pharmaceutical company as the Director of
Operations, and with everything going on, like most of us, let's just
say I am extremely busy! With this said, I must admit that it would be
easy to fall into the trap that most people do and make excuses for not
exercising/eating well. Your program has given me the
motivation I needed to take the time to improve my physical appearance
while improving my health.

Your tapes are very easy to follow and
have such great nutritional advice. I have told friends and family this
is not a diet, certainly not a fad, it really gives you the tools to
make changes to your eating habits without feeling you are being
deprived. For most people, it is hard to change your eating patterns
without the direction of someone like John. John breaks down what is
good to eat, what you should avoid, and when to eat, ultimately giving
you the opportunity to see what you otherwise would not have thought
possible.
The exercise routine is also great. Most
people go to the gym and do the same few exercises they know best,
without achieving noticeable results. John shows you how to workout
effectively, in less time than you would imagine, and achieve results
that motivate you to keep going!
The supplements are also wonderful! There are so many things on the
market today that for the average person to try and figure out what
works is almost impossible. People get very frustrated because the
money spent did not produce the results that were advertised. John
obviously has tested these products and recommends what works best. It
takes all the guess work out of it and at the end of the day you have a
quality product that works!
I am thrilled to have received your tapes and I've completely
incorporated them into my lifestyle. When I speak to friends and
colleagues about FMS the interest level is very high as this is not a
"magic pill" type of plan that sets unrealistic expectations; instead
it's a way of incorporating exercise and nutrition into your life. When
I hear people joke "it's not fair, you look great," that's when I let
them know that they too can benefit from FMS. I look forward
to my continued success and want to give you all at FMS, especially
John, a big Thank you!!! Keep up the great work. I only hope
you advertise even more and get the word out to more people so they too
can enjoy the benefits of FMS!!!
