Dear Mr. Basedow,

You are an incredible inspiration and it encourages me to see that you are serious about helping others.
 
I have combined the SIXPACK ABS program into my current workout routine and have learned a great deal about regulating my diet, etc. to burn off body fat on my abs. I'm well on my way to having a ripped 6 pack by summer!
 
Although I'm in excellent shape now, I am looking to gain more muscle mass as well as lower my body fat in order to enhance my appeal as a fitness model. To date, I've had 2 successful photo shoots and I'm eager to see how much better I'll be after using your services.

Hi John,
 
I have lost 33 lbs in 8 months through proper exercise and the nutritional changes I've made.  I am now ready to tackle the last 25 - 30 lbs to reach my goal of  215 - 220 lbs at 6' 4" tall.
 
I'm 50,  and I work out aerobically 60 minutes / six days.  I use weights to condition, not bulk up, three days a week. 
 
In the recent past, I have been treated for slightly elevated blood pressure.  I have gotten off of Hyzaar 12mg and Atalat 30 mg with the help of my Dr. due to the improvements I've made.
 
I have to tell you that I really am glad to see someone who is accomplished and sincere in their work and who also helps others.

Really enjoyed your videos, thank you for sharing your knowledge.  I've gotten your FMS video, the Sixpack Abs video, and the Nutritional Keys package.  Seems to me you've been through the workout merry-go-round before finding the formula that works for you.  I worked out years ago, took a break (about 15 years) and started again last year with Body for Life.  I really appreciate the fine distinctions you make in the nutrition section of your tapes, and have had several "AH HA!" experiences since keeping a food log for the last few weeks.

I just wanted to start by telling you that I purchased your Fitness Made Simple video along with Sixpack Abs. When I started the program (5 - 6 months ago) I was around 218lbs. I am 5' 11"and 39 years old. My problem was primarily around the mid section. I looked like I was carrying a basketball under my shirt. I listened to your Supplement Audiotape and tried the following:
 
Adipokinetix stacked with Guggulbolic along with Syntrabol. I did this for roughly a little over a month and saw fine results. I do see some abs and can definitely feel them.

I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know that I've seen your TV ads constantly.  I had really high cholesterol & since I've followed a diet that's been really similar to your plan I've got it down to normal. Since then I've lost 15 lbs by cutting calories.

It's been just about two years since I first purchased your "Fitness Made Simple" and "Sixpack Abs" tapes.  Your training and diet philosophies have become a part of my life now, but I still pop in those tapes every now and then for a little inspiration.

I can't begin to tell you what a huge difference working out has made in my life over the past couple of years. Not just physically, but in all areas and

I first was introduced to you in an infomercial.  I was very impressed with how you came across and your belief in your product.  As we all age we all have to do more to keep looking good, and feeling good and I believe you may have the secret. 
 
I really don't know what to say but congratulations!  After reviewing all of the pictures on the web site I have to say that your ARE the best.  You can tell that you have been in front of the camera much more than the others.
 
You seem relaxed and happy to be there.  Why not?  After working so hard to achieve what you have it is important to let people see it.  It's the same with those who work hard to achieve the home, car, etc. they enjoy.

Hey John,

Thank you very, very much for the terrific FAT BURNING WORKOUT. I just received it today and I pre-screened it.  It's very well done.  I like that
it's no bullshit.

This will be a big part of my 2003 routine, starting on January 1st.  I received it just in time!

I like the way you segment the exercises. I also like the way you tell us what we will expect to do (including sets).  This is rare among exercise
videos.  I like when I know what to expect.  Also, I like the fire sound effect.

I'm glad you include leg exercises.  Many guys don't bother with legs and I never knew why.

I learned a lot: muscle doesn't take up as much space as fat and muscle still burns fat when you're resting!  Also, I like what you said about spillover.  I tend to think that each exercise only involves one set of muscles, but I'm glad I was wrong.

Thanks again!  I hope to be a living example of your workouts.
