The FMS Program has dramatically increased my fitness level. I was always a fat kid
growing up so in about my freshman year of high school
I started trying to get into shape and trained really hard. The end result is the "Before" picture I included
which was at the end of my senior year.
I then saw the Fitness
Made Simple commercial and
decided to give that a shot because I
still wasn't as cut up as
I would have liked to be. It took
only my summer vacation to achieve the results of the "After" picture
attached. I
give so much praise to the FMS program my nickname in college is "Basedow" and I have got 6 other people
onto the program. I don't have access to a camera here at college where I am ending my first year but I have
made significant improvements since that "After" picture.

Well, it's me again with yet another update for you. Last time we spoke
I had just ordered "Six Pack Abs" and was waiting for it to arrive. I
felt my abs were the next step for me to seriously work on. I had lost
the weight/my gut through the FMS program and now I wanted to start to
get some definition in my midsection.
Well, I'm happy to say that it's been showing up in a relatively short
period of time. I really like the exercises you do on that tape. They
are pretty easy to follow. I work right along with you and it's great
to have the three different ab routines to do. I like to fit them
into my three workout days, right before I go to the gym, so they act as
kind of a warm up for the rest of my routine.
As I told you before when I started with the FMS tape, I really like
your three days training philosophy. It's been working out pretty
nicely for me from day one. I was telling some guy at work about it the
other day. He's always been known to go to the gym and we got on the
topic of working out. He said to me "Oh, well I go to the gym 5 or 6
days a week, but lately I haven't had the time and I really have to get
back to it." He was trying to explain why he goes so often, but I
really couldn't see the point. But hey, now he's not going at
all........SO I think I'm gonna just disregard his training philosophies
and stick with yours that have been working very well for me so
far.
I've really come to believe that you know what you are talking about
and always appreciate your guidance. I have to tell you John that
even though I have never met you or talked with you personally, you have
been a real inspiration to me.
So now that I've rambled on some more, let me close now by just saying
thanks once again for helping me to get one step closer to my ultimate
fitness goals!!!

PS: pics are coming soon. I recently got one of those computer cams and
took some current shots. Now I just have to find someone with a scanner
so I can scan an old photograph from last summer.

FMS is a great program that does work. In
the short time that I have tried the program I've lost over 15 pounds
and my cholesterol has dropped to the lowest count in over 6 years.
This is without the side effects that the prescription medication was
causing. Thanks!

Dear John,
At the age of 36 I weighed 165 pounds on a 5' 6" frame. Although I was
physically active I thought I'd never see the day that I would weigh
under 150 again.
I purchased the "Fitness Made Simple" videotape and after viewing it
decided to follow some of the tips just as a lark. I started drinking
more water, cutting down the portion sizes and running first thing when
I got up. Within two months I had lost 20 pounds. Now a year later, I
weigh 140 which is only 5 pounds from what I weighed at 18.
Thank you for your website and videos. They've made a big difference in
my life. I have more energy, motivation and self-esteem than I've ever
had.

Dear John,
I thought I would share a pretty cool story with you today. Over the
past couple of weeks I had the chance to visit with some friends (on 2
separate occasions) that I haven't seen in well over a year. The first
visit was at a restaurant on the beach (a birthday) and my friend Dave
after saying hello, said to me...."God you look good....You're on
something aren't you?" I just laughed cause that's just like Dave and
said "Nope!" and told him all about what I've been doing. Then he
insisted on hearing all the details about my workout and diet. I did
briefly tell him about it...but suggested that if he was really
interested he should visit your website (www.FitnessMadeSimple.com)
for all he needs to know.
Then on the 4th of July, I was invited to a BBQ at a friend's house and
another guy who I haven't seen in even a longer period of time had a
similar reaction...the very first thing he said was "What have you been
doing! You've been working out haven't you?...You look really good."
and then he went onto talk about all the benefits of working out not
only for your body, but for your mood and state of mind etc. etc. etc.
which, of course, I already know about now as a result of being on your
program. This meant a lot coming from him because in the past I
always admired this guy for being very health conscious and in great
shape.
So, there you go, another long rambling letter from me. I hope you don't
mind. But it's always so nice when these kind of things happen. It
makes me want to just thank you again for all the help and inspiration!!

Hi John,
Thanks for the straightforward and informative tips you provide
for everyone. Let me also tell you that I used to laugh whenever I
saw your commercials. I thought of you as another "snake oil"
salesman until I heard you talk about some of the same things that I
thought about, like "diet" actually being a "nutrition plan." I have
bought all your videos and quite a bit of supplements too (although
I am careful about using them and especially not as a crutch) and
have recommended you to all my friends.

Hi John,
I've been following your plan for about 2 years now. I'm in the best
shape of my life right now, and I believe it helped in my escape from 2
World Trade Center, 97th floor during the attack. I work for Fiduciary
Trust with front office trading on the 97th floor of Tower 2. I am 31,
and I was on the 71st floor in the stairwell when the second jet hit us.
My life was spared right there.
I was in my building about 10-15 minutes before the first jet hit the
other Tower. About 10-15 minutes after I got out, Tower 2 came down. I
was able to walk 194 flights of stairs, get out just before the
collapse, over the Brooklyn Bridge, and through Brooklyn to safety. I
was not tired, or winded during this.

Hi John!
It has been 2 weeks since I started using your methods and I have lost
lost 11 pounds. I started at 230 and now I’m at 219. I spend less time
in
the gym, and I’m seeing better results. I must admit my gym buddies have
been giving me a bit of flack for not hanging out the usual 2 to 3 hours
we
used to spend working out! I'm seeing results and my abs are beginning
to
show. I'm going to take a photo at this point because, at the rate I’m
going,
I would not be able to show my before physique.
